Larra Overton reported via the Colts radio broadcast that kicker Matt Gay got stung by a bee yesterday on the sideline.
Last season, AJ Brown, who’s allergic, was stung before practice.

Tonight, the Bengals take on the Jaguars, and the Director of Player Relations for the Bengals (and former Bengals running-back), Eric Ball, is also a beekeeper.
Ball volunteered at Gorman Heritage Farm to learn how to take care of bees. He also read "Beekeeping for Dummies" and watched a lot of Youtube videos when he was starting out.
If you're going to be a beekeeper, you're going to get stung.
“It didn't deter me, but it should have," said Ball.
He continued to say that he tried to be like the old school beekeeping guys who use no protective gear, but he says, "I'm not there yet."
The practice of beekeeping dates back at least 4,500 years.
In their 6-8 week lifespan, a worker bee will fly the equivalent distance of 1 ½ times the circumference of the Earth.

Honey, and specifically honeybuns, are a popular treat with NFL players.
